Upon completion of the order with payment of the corresponding cost, Orientflowers.com will deliver the goods free of shipping charge to the customer or his/her recipient on the specified delivery date. Delivery service will be handled by our preferred courier. The customer must agree to the following terms and conditions:
The customer must agree that the delivery information which includes his/her recipient full name, address, and contact number is truthful and correct.
Orienflowers.com has the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details inputted by the client but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
In the case that the delivery address specified by the client is incorrect, orientflowers.com has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
If a delivery is late due at the couriers end, orientflowers.com will have the option to give promotional discounts but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
If the product is not delivered, orientflowers.com will replace the ordered item with one of the same value.
Orientflowers.com offers specific delivery date which is three days after the order date of the item. Upon ordering and specifying a desired delivery date, the purchaser will receive a confirmation in a form of communication suited in his/her mode of payment option that the order has been processed. If for any reason, we cannot meet the desired delivery date, we will inform the client through his/her e-mail account registered to us.
Payment fraud will be reported to Paypal for credit card and to proper authorities for other mode of payments and will be dealt with accordingly.
